I hit bronze, elo hell doesn't exist? AMA, possibly?

a lot of people hit bronze everyday

when i first hit 30 i was thinking "OH IM THE BEST NP I BEAT ELO"

and so i dropped to around 680

played a lot of games

about 500 games later i started to climb

elo hell doesnt exist, at 900 i won every game to 1140, although i did fall back due to trolls

so yay I hit bronze

Quick question about Leaver Buster.

My account was recently suspended for a week following a 3 day suspension that ended on the 10th of May. Up until this point, I've been a good little summoner with the occasional trash talk here and there. The last game I played, I was aggravated that my jungler didn't give me any support whatsoever in the form of plainly saying "No". In response, I rage quit and disconnected from the game for what I had planned on being the night. about 3 minutes later, I felt bad for abandoning my team because of one player, so I reconnected. The game resulted in a win after I got out of my feedfest by going bottom lane and scoring a couple kills, securing nearly every objective and helping in the final push.

I don't know exactly why I was banned, but I do have some ideas:
#1 (and quite frankly what I made this thread for) Leaver Buster catching me for disconnecting even though I had reconnected shortly after
#2 My teammates reporting me for calling top when I was a low pick (because apparently pick order matters in low ELO normals) and refusing to give up the position.

Those are the only ideas I've come up with so far. I would appreciate a Pen on this one to clarify why I've been banned, but the odds of me getting it are slim.

Trying to pick him up, I'm pretty good at him but there are a ridiculous amount of dangerous match ups.

Was wondering if anyone knows the best players who main and stream TF consistently now at high ELO (can be NA or EU, doesn't matter).

Is Nocturne considered a late game champion?

Sure, it's nothing new, but until recently it only affected certain heroes and mostly with ignite, which wasn't really a problem. But it's gotten worse.
-TF PAC displaying the first card that triggered the bug, making you unable to see if he does have a card up or no.
-Kayle's ult, even more annoying since it can affect her and her teammates, makes it more difficult to gauge when to attack someone or switch focus.

So far these two are the most problematic I've encountered in game, and from what I've seen, it has yet to be fixed on the PBE.

I have lost 100 elo so far today and i've jungled almost all of the games, now i have not done bad in any of those games i really havent. But i havent done carry material, i watch 2 lanes and the lane i dont watch constantly loses hard im very puzzled by how this has happened but i am now questioning what i need to do better to carry at this elo as a jungler, who i should be playing most of the time, ones that dont need the teams assistance completely. I am also cursed with really bad comps. What can i do to enhance my carrying gameplay at this elo??

I am sick of RNG

I'm absolutely sick of RNG determining how well I do over skill. Keep in mind I'm in non-heroic gear and I'm performing my rotation perfectly as a ret paladin. One week on Ultraxion (the best test for DPS, imo) I do 45k DPS. Not bad, I ranked #25 for rets with no heroic gear, like I said. The next I do 38k. That is absolutely ****ing ridiculous. I was going 30 seconds at a time with no Divine Purpose procs. There is no excuse for this amount of RNG to plague rets, especially when they're still below arms warriors and rogues assuming everything goes perfectly. **** off, Blizzard.

Is that people start to assume that they are godmode champs incapable of losing.

I play Jungle Alistar quite a bit. Sometimes he does great. Sometimes he doesn't. This game, I ganked as well as I could, though I couldn't get any kills because my laners weren't strong enough.

Unfortunately, my lanes didn't do fine. Bot lane fed the enemy Jax/Nautilus kill lane 6 kills within 10 minutes. Top fed 4. Mid fed 2. And what do they say?

"GG noob jangle cannot kill".

Sigh...
