Champions: Summer's Rift vs Dominion
 

What champions do you think are quite useless in Summer's Rift that will be quite useful in Dominion? Like wise, what champions are huge carrys in Summer's Rift that will be completely shutdown by Dominion gameplay

I think Hiemdinger is quite useless in Summer's Rift. However in Dominion I think he will be clutch, because of his turrets and passive.

Aswell, I think heroes like Rammus will be less effective in dominion because of his lack of damage.

However, damage doesn't necessarily mean anything in Dominion. I mean, simply being able to tank and disrupt other champions trying to capture your point is a useful skill to have.
