This is absolutely fascinating! Does anyone have any thoughts on it so far?

Possibly refers to Noxus shipments in Zaun - July 22 JoJ (theories abound regarding Jarvan being held here) -OR- Dominion announcement (date off by one month, however) Quarter = Fourth = Jarvan. Could also mean this is when Jarvan was replaced by LeBlanc.
mirror play - 722
Jarvan attacking Swain - July 22 JoJ
quarter to clutter - 908
Future events involving the same thing referred to in quarter egress. Shipping Jarvan? Dominion launching? Jarvan coming back to the League in person?

Maybe the Ivory Ward, where DeCouteau vanished? Also, opals diffract light. Could be a reference to the Lightshields, maybe meeting at their mansion or somesuch?

The date each number could be, followed by the JoJ article right on the date or the next one after the date. Might help. At very least, exists as some form of making possible proof of theory easily accessible.

I haven't a clue as to what it might mean, but I'm really excited to see someone decode it.

I think from the two words lost will and mirror play, the note is telling Garen about the Jarvan switchroo. Talon is the one who left the note obviously, I wonder if the numbers correspond to letters perhaps..

Mirror Play - 722 : On July 22nd (7/22), we got word of Jarvan fighting Swain in Kalamanda. Clearly, Talon suspects that that was LeBlanc rather than Jarvan, and I like Warscythes' suggestion that he's telling Garen.

Furthermore, lost will on the 1st of July is Darkwill's assassination.

Well then, guess we'll have to do run downs of dates and the like, nice realization. Not sure what to do with my thread. Yours didn't exist before I started typing mine up, so I didn't find your thread existed until after I had already posted mine. I guess the mods can delete it if they like. No idea how to report that though.

They all appear to match the dates in Lore events (I'm looking at just the JoJ right now). Unkindness in the reveal of the prisoner by Swain, and accusations by Jarvan.
