Mundo was god tier on TT for a long time. He got nerfed because he was slightly on the strong side in Summoner's Rift. He got nerfed so hard that he fell to bottom of **** tier on Summoner's Rift and isn't even played on TT anymore. So no, Mundo goes to the list of unpicked characters as he pleases.

Naw, mundo is hard countered by ignite and any hard CC. He has a pretty strong early/mid game, but it doesn't carry after damage characters start completing items.
