question about executioner mastery
 

Does this mean damage overall? Such as Gragas Q, does more damage? Or is this just physical auto attack? Or does this only apply to AD damage, such as it increases as shown in the spell?

It applies to spells too, including DoTs. But not ignite, and almost certainly not smite.
