How do you play Urgot?
 

Is he stronger at top or bot?

Also if someone could include justification for picking him. I know he's strong, just want more information.

He can be quite good top, but he's an exceptional bot laner foremost. One of the best bot laners available - he loses to very few champions. Very under-picked and under-banned at most levels of play.

Press E, hit champ, spam Q, repeat til he's dead, capture tower.

Imo he's the best bot in Dominion

He is a really good top because of his poking, it can win you the first fight easily. He is a really good bot too, but he can get hard countered by superior pushing power, since he just wont be able to keep up, Urgot's power comes from being able to zone out the enemy or even killing him, but if the other bot is dodging your E AND also happens to be an instant clearing type of bot, you are kind of screwed.
Urgot bot is a battle of skill.
