I'm on my way to 1700.

I fluctuate between ~1450 and 1650.
Now THAT sucks.

Your actual skill level in-game and having fun is all that matters in the end. Unless you're playing a 1v1 game or full premades, numbers are just numbers in a random team game environment. Normal elo isn't going to lead to Riot cutting you an oversized check one day.

And 1700 is a great place to be, avoiding the 'just-visiting' SR players level while also avoiding obnoxiously long queue times.

My Dominion elo (all blind pick, all solo queue) hovers inside the 1200-1400 window and I usually have a blast in-game. In fact, I'm having more fun now than when it first started.

I'm proud to be one of Dominion's biggest fans and it's single-worst player.
