I can see what enemy team is doing when my friend is having the game.

3 minutes after they were standing there... All relevant information would be pointless. Wards would be gone, buffs would have been noticed as stolen, and MIA's would have done something.

The only exception is Teemo's mushrooms.

I can just see this happening... Some guy and his friend spectating him. And basically the guy spectating trying to guide him through the minefield.

are people retarded? it's been mentioned MANY TIMES. IN VIDEOS, PATCH NOTES, ETC

there is a 3 minute DELAY when you watch a game so that you can't cheat

well the only thing that can help having a friend specnig a game is yes teemo shrooms and where the other team is setting up wards on a regular basis... thats about the only thing... other then that its good..

The only other thing I have noticed is they could time buffs,dragons and barons for you if you were to forget

Because, you know... You can time travel.
