How does he stand compared to other ad carries? Where does he stand out? How fun is he? Is he worth buying, or should I get someone else like fizz or ziggs.

I'm wondering if he's fun to play, or if you play him like you'd play ashe or graves as opposed to corki or ezreal. Is he an aggressive laner that is strong early?
