U.S. account migration to Brazil

My US account have some possibilities?
Cuz i have spent 500 dollars in US account, and i want to migrate all my stuff to Brazil Server.

The Brazilian server is still on Closed Beta and few have passed. Therefore, no account transfer is available as of now.
