Make Zeke's Herald AS Aura multiplicative.
 

At least in this capacity it can counter Frozen Heart to an extent. As it is, it's really only good for sustaining pushes.

Wonder if changing back to Stark's Favor would be bad? lol.

Wow, don't knock Zekes until you try it. I buy it on junglers pretty often, and it blows my team away how good it is. It is an AoE Vamp Scepter+dagger for your entire team in a teamfight. It is worth it just for the bonus on your phys carry, and it gets even more crazy if your team is bruiser heavy.

Really, it is cost efficient for just the stats on a single champion. Look at what it gives, HP+Lifesteal+AttackSpeed+CDR. It is a perfect item for bruisers and supports.

I never really saw the point of Zekes without it being double AD carry or a bruiser like Irellia, Shyvana, or Volibear who rely more on attack speed.

It's a good sustain/support item for bruisers and some Taric players, meanwhile it sucks on AD carries because it has CDR, and as a rule CDR items don't scale well with AD carry builds.

I mean more that I can't feasibly see it on a team that didn't cause another, better item to lose a spot. I have trouble justifying it on a support unless it's real late, late game.

Yeah I usually only get it as a 4th or 5th item when I need sustain and attack speed, usually on Wukong or Shyvana.

It's cost efficient for what the carrier gets, but the carrier is more often a Support that doesn't care nearly as much as someone else about the AS boost or the Life Steal.

Also, 20% AS is virtually meaningless unless your ADC doesn't have an AS steroid like Vayne or something. Even then, it's entirely likely that you're just getting a piddly 5% DPS increase or something weak like that. No, the only notable benefit to the aura is the 12% Life Steal, which helps your bruiser and carry (and, to a lesser extent, your tank) sustain a push better.
