Just what the title says. Basically you rate the quote thats been posted above you on a scale of 1-10, and if you'd like, you can even give a reason why you chose that ratng.

Rules

When you post a quote, make sure to also post who its by (if your not sure who its by, then put something like "not sure who said this").
Quotes must be g-rated, meaning they cant have any foul language or any other kind of inappropriate things in them.
When rating, dont just give someones quote a low score just because you dont like that person (same goes with giving someone a high score because you like that person). Also, if the quote happens to be from a certain show, book, etc., still try to give it a fair rating regardless of whether or not you like the show, book, etc. itself.
