Good "jack of all trades" rune page.
What kind of runes should i have to make a good jack of all trades rune page. Has to be vary versatile for almost any champ.

That's not possible, since there are too different roles in the game (ex: AP x AD). You will just get a weak/useless rune page for everyone.

You start with two rune pages, so one of them should be general AD and the other should be general AP. Both should have armor yellows and magic resist blues. On the AP page, put magic penetration reds and either AP or movespeed quints. On the AD page, put AD reds and quints. Armor penetration is viable, but AD helps for last-hitting. Attack speed is good on many junglers, wouldn't hurt on an AD carry.

Armor seals
Flat MR glyphs Movespeed or flat health quints attack damage or magic pen marks. That's about as generalist as you can get it. You'll need 2 pages, but only a few extra runes to make it work for any role. |
HP Red, Armor Yellow, MR Blue, Movespeed Quints.

Does anyone else still use CD reduction blues? I think they're nice for any champ, ap, phys, tank, utility, whatever.

About the only thing that will translate across the board in my opinion is armor seals and MR glyphs. The others will really depend on why type of champ you're playing.
