Runes question..
 

So I had a thought that maybe I would split my IP spending between champs and runes. For the runes I was thinking of maybe buying 9 of EVERYTHING they offer so I can play around with them and such. However, many builds I see just use the same 9 MPen/ArPen, Yellow armor and Blue MR nearly regardless of what role you play. So maybe there is no point?

That's a great starting point. I sent this to most of my friends when they hit lvl 20, most of them found it useful.
