Kha Zix A God Jungle To Play?

Hi does anybody know if Kha Zix is a good jungle? please leave some reasons too.

He's kinda UP right now, win rates are relatively low in all tiers. (~40%)
He still can be a lot of fun, he's just kinda weak relatively at the moment. I'd expect some buffs pretty soon.

His jungle isn't very strong. He's somewhat of a better top laner, but in both roles there are champions that you can pick that're much better choices overall than Kha'six.
