stealing of my account

hi everybody im french so sorry for my bad english !

someone stole my account yesterday and he change my password and my email address so what can i do to have back my account ??

i am level 30 since long time and i have some skin so some money on my account !!

my account is jimmy4321 , i am on my brothers account !!!

waiting for some answer !!
