Champion Ability Videos are only Static
 

I recently recovered my computer to factory settings and now when I watch a champion's ability explanation video, it is only static.
I've attached a picture explaining my situation. It's a video of Akali's q but other videos are like this as well.
When I first bought my laptop, the videos were also like this, but I managed to make it better again, however I've forgotten how to.
This isn't a serious matter, but I would like some help.

By the way, my laptop is a TOSHIBA P870/023

I have the exact same problem and would also like help.
