meh, promote is being made into an item and surge was garbage from day one. hold on, let me see if i can find that **** i was about to give regarding this issue. none couldnt find it.

Promote is actually pretty good. It lets you take down turrets easily, if there is no champion and you promote a siege minion, then you can take down that turret without being hit. Its great.

Plus, using Promote will let your minions fight through enemy waves, and create a "minion army" than can threaten a turret, even without a champion there. Its good.
