Same. I mained fiddle jungle back before the jungle rework (77% win rate over 25+ games), but he got completely wrecked by the rework. If he's viable again... I'll cry sweet tears of joy.

With the buff of single target junglers, and the "nerf" to the more popular AoE junglers (Mundo,Maokai,Shyvana) i think Fiddlesticks will definately see some love. =)
