Im assuming it is not going to be an "on use" as that to me seems like too much effort but who knows. I would be a lot happier if it was juts an automatic application when your ability hits a target.

Actually... I guess since DFG was a use this probably will be too. Prob something like 20%, so instead of just isntagibbing someone with a DFG, you just instagib them with your abilities...

It says activate... so it will probably be an on use :P
