i always wonder what goes inside the head of the crazy yellow eyes of the mad Chemist Singed
maybe he sees the world different as all summoners think

and he thinks he is carrying a lollipop and he wants to give it to you
his Q : spreads a sparkly rainbow with stars from his yummy Gummy Bear backpack bottle
his W : its a goo of awesomeness full of magical colors and pop tarts cats
maybe he actually its flinging the players out of danger
he carries a lolipop or icecream on his left hand
and haz a cookie as a shield

his delicious and magical Q its the reason why all the kids chase him he is the ice cream man of league of legends

ill be fun to see this Awesome idea come to life or any Lollipop skin ^^

Sounds exactly like the "Meet the Pyro" clip TF2 did. I don't know, thats what i thought of right away after reading the first two sentences. Nonetheless, i think if would be nice to get some of the more cute(?) skins out there, even if it is for sheer amusement.
