[Game][Minor] Dragon Trainer Lulu and Cho'Gath
 

Dragon Trainer Lulu's ultimate particles do not appear, but the champion is enlarged still. I don't know if it's always like this or if it's because I panned over to Lulu's ultimate target after it was already cast.

Cho'Gath rupture particles don't appear if it is cast in the fog of war but you go to the where it was cast afterwards.
