Error Loading Launcher: Could not load direct3d
 
I don't know whats going on but, this morning when I tried starting up the launcher for LoL, a small menu pops up saying Error Loading Launcher: Could not load direct3d. So if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

I tried repairing the launcher but that didnt help.

I am having the same issue, i consulted more than 15 posts here and i couldnt solve the problem. It says that DirextX11 does not work, i checked the microsoft page and it contains only DirecyX10 to DirecX11 and i need DirectX9 to play League of Legends. I checked a link that would help my DirectX11 work as DirectX9 and it dident work. When i check my dxdiag:

DirectDraw: Not Available
Direct3D: Not Available
AGP: Not Available

I got some problems 2 days ago with my computer so i reinstaled the Windows (I use Windows 7)
I asked if i can errase my DirectX11 to instal DirectX9 and they told me thats not posible with Windows 7. I also tried instaling Net Framework 4, i think it got nothing to do with my issue. Maybe i need to do something to my card driver, but i dont know what.

Please someone urgently help me, the only thing left i can do is pray.

It looks like you're scraping the very edge of the minimum requirements and on top of that using an onboard video card which tend to be a little weaker than their discrete counterparts. This can cause additional problems in getting things to work.

Most likely you need to either update your DirectX install or double check with your manufacturer/intel on getting driver updates for your GMA 965.
