How do i change the color of the skillshot arrow ?
 

what the titel says ^^, its blue greenish or something ingame , but i wanna change it to red . if anyone is kindly enough to post me a tut , then that wud be awsome. thx in advance.

I don't think you can. Probably modding the files and that's against the rules.
