Teemo Toxic Shot and Liandry's Torment
 

I usually play teemo as AP and pick up Liandry's Torment for the amazing passive and the stats it brings.

After the last patch, I've noticed that the Toxic shot doesn't apply the passive of Liandry's Torment and was wondering if that was intended or if that was a bug.

Intended. On hit effects never have applied anything, from rylia's, to spellvamp.

i think its recommended due to shrooms. maybe ap mo builds.

Shrooms and Blinding Dart both get the Torment burn.

yeah, i've noticed it applying from both shrooms and blinding shot, but i think it was two or three patches ago, that toxic shot applied it. guess that was bug lol. Teemo OP anyway :D

Llandry's is not intended to proc on Toxic Shot. That would be ridonkulous.

Fortunately, Spirit of the Elder Lizard is there for Toxic Shot. Good times.

Hybrid Teemo is going to see a lot more play, meaning Teemo is going to be a lot more frustrating and harder to counter (defense-wise).

Liandry's applies on "spell damage". The damage from Toxic Shot isn't "spell damage", it's passive on-hit damage.

Try AP Teemo with Liandry's, Malady, and then follow with Deathcap/Void (depending on MR).

The shrooms do ungodly amounts of damage, and he can duel fairly well too.
Blind > exhaust > blind is a brutal combo that pretty much guarantees you to win against any auto-attacker in the game.
