[bug]<Minor> Katarina Store Price 6300 ip

So decided to try katarina in the pbe before i bought her live and she's 6300 IP instead of her normal price of 3k.

PBE store prices are separate from live. You'll notice most of the 4800 champs like cait or trundle are also 6300. They don't update the same.

True, like how some champs and skins are still 10 ip/rp. But if riot goes ahead and increases kat's price to 6300 on live, the community might flip and want a trade off for it.
