Banned but no email
 

Hi I was banned for 3 days on this account but I have yet to receive an email. I submitted a ticket and they sent the automated message that someone will look into it but its about 5 more hours till I'm unbanned and I have still received nothing. I think I should atleast be able to see the proof before Im unbanned? If someone from riot could look into this it would be much appreciated.
