Nocturne's unspeakable horror (fear) changed?
 

Just played a game a nocturne and his fear tether now has a bright white light particle on the target, instead of the old black particle effect.

Is this a bug? or was it changed on purpose? I want the black tether back. I think the black looks much better with the default skin.
