Tribunal only looks at the first game?
 

Hello guys, I was just checking some of the cases I got wrong and I stumble upon this one, check game 5 and let me know what you think.

Not sooo toxic player, but I would have hit punish, specially for game 5.

Eh, he's annoying in games 1, 2, and 4. I would've punished because of 3 and 5.

They reccently changed tribunal so that "first" games vary from voter to voter.

Sometimes, guilty players squeak by. A cost of crowd surfing.

Go to a case, refresh the page, fresh it again, and then refresh it again. The games for each case get shuffled and are put it a random order.

I highly suggest reviewing all games. Unless after reviewing the first game they are clearly guilty. Consider all cases in tribunal were prescreen to land them on your log for voting.

So most of them will be guilty, but occasionally we will come across some who don't belong there. So review each game and determine if they broke any rules.

^ He meant crowdsourcing, but anyway, THIS. Due to the way that the Tribunal's set up, there are times when a punishable case will manage to get more than 50% pardons just by luck. And the other way around too. In fact, they've deliberately tweaked it to have more false pardons than false punishes. You don't have to stress over it; the truly toxic players who manage to luck out and get a pardon will definitely be back in the Tribunal in no time.

I know that I, and a couple of other people that I have referred to the tribunal didn't even realize there was more than 1 tab until they gave at LEAST 5 votes... after realizing it though, I read through the pages 1 by 1 until I either find something negative/offensive and punish, or get through them all and pardon.
