Guinsoo's out of combat + Revive
 

As the title says, what constitutes as out of combat, AKA does revive effects count as out of combat? I thought it'd be similar with the Boots of Mobility which is 5 seconds and Guardian Angel is around about 5 seconds so there wouldn't be enough time.
