Overview
Health: Low Attack: High Spell: Low Difficulty: 50-80 Melee/Ranged/Carry Stats: (Bracketed numbers is gain per level) Health: 750 (+30) Health Regeneration: +10 per 5 seconds (+0.5) Mana: 500 (+30) Mana Regeneration: +8 per 5 seconds (+0.5) Attack Speed: 0.7 Ability Power 0 (+3) Attack Damage: 50 (+4) Movement Speed: 305 Armor: 23 (+2) Abilities Passive: (Surprise Attack): After standing still and not taking damage for 4 seconds, Lilly goes stealth. When she gets out of stealth, she whirls her blades around her, dealing 75% of her Attack Damage and applying on-hit effects. Q. (Throwing Knives): Consistent Effect: Her attacks become ranged (but range is short) and if an enemy comes within melee range of her, she swipes her knife in a cone in front of her, dealing 60% of her AD over the duration.(Can only occur once every 12 seconds) Activate: Lilly throws 3 knives in a cone, each knife dealing 90/125/145/170/200 (+50% AD) physical damage. Lilly can activates this ability 2 more time with no mana cost for 7 seconds afterwards. CD: 17/16/15/14/13 Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 W. (Combat Knife): Consistent Effect: Lilly deals 12% increased damage to targets with less than 120 armor or magic resist. Lilly deals 10% less damage against targets with 170+ armor or magic resist. Activate: Lilly stabs an enemy champion in the heart, dealing 100/145/165/190/210/255 (+65% AD) physical damage and lose 10% of their max health over 5 seconds (physical damage). If the target was killed by the base damage (not the DoT) then she can activate again but deals 12% more damage. CD: 20/18/16/15/14 Mana Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 E. (Armor Hack): Consistent Effect:Lilly gains 10/12/14/16/18% armor and magic resist penetration but deals 10% less damage to targets with -120 armor. . Activate: Lilly breaks the targets armor and magic resist, reducing it by 25/30/35/40/45% and dealing 110/130/150/170/190% of her attack damage as physical damage. CD: 12/12/12/12/12 Mana Cost: 100/100/100/100/100 R. (Master of the Trade): Lilly mimics her last ability used but with and extra effect. Throwing Knives: Lilly throws 12 sets of 3 throwing knives in a larger cone. But all 12 sets are used when this ability is activated. Combat Knife: Instead Lilly's next basic attack strikes their heart and she goes stealth for 7 seconds. She also uses her passive flurry when she exits stealth. Armor Hack: Instead her next 3 basic attacks throw armor and magic resist piercing knives, reducing armor by 30% per knife. But she deals 14% less damage to the same target if they have already been struck by a knife. CD: 100/90/80 Mana Cost: 100/95/85 Price IP: 6300 RP: 975 |

I read your suggestion and I am really interested.. How can an assassin be innocent :D maybe you should add a Lore or something for that people know ;) For the skills I wanna say that they need a lot of balancing.. The q and w deal much to much damage and if u count the E armorred. and the ultimate buff to it you would easily bust down a fulltank not to mention a poor Adc. Balance a bit and maybe dont focus too much on dmg but on special effects ;) Oh and i really like the Passive. Tough to use because positioning and stuff would be really hard and so maybe you can buff the dmg a bit ;) Well i hope i could help you and maybe you could check out My Champion Index as well ;) |
