Now Normally yes, he does in fact fall off. I've sat in the spin before as Irelia at level 7-8 and just heal tanked it with my W.

Garen with an IE, crit damage masteries, and stacking BCs.

the sad thing is that they dont need to nerf Black Cleaver...they just need to make it NOT STACK.

Remove the stacking part..and its just a really solid AD caster item.

I build black cleaver on my Garen.. ONE of them.. and it makes him great. Ive never built more than one and I dont think I ever will..simply because it almost seems like an exploit. Besides he performs his role great without stacking them.

it's funny because garen has been about this strong for a LONG time.

if people stopped being retarded and ran armor pen runes/masteries with a ghostblade pre-patch, they'd see just how strong he is in teamfights. he will jump on any carry in a teamfight and 100% to 0 them and possibly one other squishy caught in your spin, every time, NP. he's been like this for so long and we still have morons claiming he's inferior to darius when his spin does twice as much damage as darius ult does, to multiple people. on top of being a more versatile character in general with far more favorable lane matchups with a harder to hard-counterpick top lane.
