League of Legends Community - So sometimes when I buy an item from the new shop the game just freezes and Bugsplats

This will be the second game it has happened in this week, first it was right after I bought a ward, the second time was after I bought a Black Cleaver (Lets not derail this with a BLACK CLEAVER IS RIDICULOUS discussion, this is about a bug not balance). I will not be reconnecting, for 3 reasons

1. My computer is not that good, it can run the game but it takes forever for the game to load, by the time I load in the game will already be over or I would have already gotten a leave
2. My team will ***** at me, it was a pretty big off game (I got hit by many skill shots, and I lost mid as the champion I do the best as when I shouldn't have) and they were already not satisfied with my play. I could not get them to understand that. So if I do load in before they toss up the ol surrender vote, it will not be a warm welcome and it will just make the experience worse than it already has been.
3. I don't plan on connecting to any other LoL games PERIOD until this is fixed, I do not want to lose more elo and acquire more leaves because of such a bug. It makes the game unplayable if you have to worry about a crash every time you buy from the shop.

Anybody else experience such an issue? If so we need to make this bug more known so it can be fixed.
