Riot can you refund this?
 

hello Riot i am not a new player but this was the least cluttered forum and i am not sure how to contact you directly.today i acidentaly bought a starter pack instead of rp could you give me the rp and take away the starter pack?

you should be able to refund the bundle (i think) if you go into ur transactions and click on refund i added u if u have any questions if not msg customer support

Send a support ticket there is big bold letters that say support at the top of this page

Bundles are a lot trickier to refund than a single transaction, thus they must be done manually. That said, it's still held by the same restrictions as the other refunds (it will use a 'token,' needs to be within the allotted time frame, skins must be refunded first, etc).

when you say it must be done manually what does that mean.i have checked the refund list in game and it is not there.maybe because it was a prepaid card?

I needs to be done by Riot manually; there's no automated system for you to click 'I want this refunded.' (The support ticket answers above were correct.)
