Bad Santa Veigar R-spell skin
 

Just a suggestion.

The Bad Santa Veigar Skin (Assuming it will have new particle effects) should use a giant ornament for his R - Primordial Burst.

And W - Dark Meteor could be a giant lump of coal followed by smoke particle effects.

Either way I'm stoked on the champion!!!
