Small tooltip error on Randuin's Omen.
 

In game the unique active description does not show the 2 second base duration on the slow, only the armor/MR scaling duration.

Nice catch! You are referring to the tooltip that pops up when you hoover over the item in your inventory right (just making sure I didn't miss anything)?

Correct. The issue does not appear when you hover over Randuin's in the shop's inventory, but when you purchase and hover over it in your own inventory.
