Jarvan pull?

i've been playing jarvan a while and the q+e spell sometimes doesnt pull. it pulls most of the time but sometimes he just shoots the q but it doesnt pull him to the flag.

Submitted a support ticket last night and got a response just now telling me to post the problem in the Bug Reports forum. LOL.
