Why does everybody hate FFXII? I've never played it; saw last thread, and everybody is hatin' on it, even though I thought it was supposed to be one of the best PS2 games ever..? O.O

I have thoroughly enjoyed EVERY final fantasy game I have played. That list includes 5-10, 12, and 13. VII and X are def my fav though.
