Q Dodging in Ranked
 

Yes i do think q dodging is annoying and should be punished, but there should be certain conditions. I think people shouldn't be punished if a person randoms a champ in ranked solo q and doesn't want to lose. They have every right to leave, and shouldn't be punished with a 30 minute wait.
