Where is the punishment for people that troll during champion select for ranked? You dodge to not take the loss most you can do is send a report ticket... What good does that do probably none... what happens to you? you have to wait at least a half an hour if its ur first dodge, and an hour from there if you dodge again? How does this make any sense AT all? you get penalized for dodging a trolled game?
