Hurricane - completely incorrect implementation
 

The way the shots are distributed is really bad, its more of a splash (very short range at that) than a split shot, like medusa in dota. I think the projectiles should start at the champion and have a larger range, right now this item wont touch anybody unless they are right beside eachother.

That's the point; they're not supposed to get hit if they don't cluster up. See also; Tiamat, Ravenous Hydra.
