Flickering/flashing UI
 

The UI elements for health bars occasionally flicker for about less than a second when I play. Probably happens a few times every 2-3 minutes while the healthbars are huge and fill up the whole screen. Just started happening after the patch today.

My video card drivers are already up-to-date, so it can't be that.

exactly what i get

same thing for me. riot, time to get on this, i caught this on PBE server as well. and now i have got it on NA server. it is quite annoying when you are in the middle of an important team fight and your screen is blinking disrupting your view and potentially disrupting gameplay.

also not entirely sure if it was meant to be a "health bar" but whatever it is, it needs to go

This is also happening to me. Never happened before this patch. It happens so fast that I'm not sure if it always looks like the picture Drakes posted, but it is very annoying.

I have the same video card and drivers as you.. so i'm guessing that's our issue? :/
