Matchmaking Not Working?

I played two bot games and a Draft Normal. Worked fine. Then nothing. Sit in queue for 5 minutes. A game comes up but only 7 people say yes. Wait till 9 minutes. Exit queue and it tells me game is imminent. Game exits anyway. Enter queue again. Another 9 minutes, still nothing.
