League System for ranked

why hasn't anyone posted on this yet? is it going to be good? bad? does it sound like you can only go to the next tier if you have a friend in it?

is this the solution to the elo hell problem we've been looking for?

No its not a solution to ELO Hell because it doesn't exist.

It's pretty tried and tested, they use it in starcraft II, which is... a pretty competitive game.
