Why is Goth Annie AWESOME and Silver Kayle just a recolour?
 

Us Retail buyers got jibbed. (Why the downvotes?)

All I want is the Chinese Splash Art and maybe the particles recolored to blue/silver (if permissible).

Attached is the Chinese Splash Art and the one now, its disgusting.

because pre-visual rework annie was also a recolor.

That makes no sense at all Kayle was the first champion to receive a Visual Upgrade.

but that visual upgrade was a year ago or more in which riot did not have the graphical standard that they have now.

Then by the time they're finished with visual upgrades, the old upgrades are already outdated again, needing another upgrade...

Oh gawd...

They were making skins with particle effects and model changes way before her Visual Upgrade. Both the skins are from their respective bundles (Digial and Retail) yet Silver Kayle is just a recolor where Goth Annie is a Model change AND has particles.

Now this would be fine if they wont both Color Swap's pre-Visual upgrade, but they were and Kayle's still is.

I made a thread earlier asking and, sadly, there were no responses.

Personally, I just want Silver Kayle to have blue or silver particles instead of yellow, is that too much to ask?

Because they deleted Annie's panties from the game?

Seriously though, it's probably because Kayle was so early in the rework process and they may have just not considered doing something so special at the time.

As Riot has said multiple times before, their standard for quality is constantly rising and they do not have a chance to go back and redo everything they've done, despite what they'd like. It's simply impossible.

I'm sure one of them would say, "If we had the time and resources we would go back and make Silver Kayle more interesting, but there's just so many other things we have planned to do and if we took the time to change up Silver Kayle, we would be delaying new content and other much needed remodels and fixes."
