There's a reason he was nerfed, he had 58% win rate. He was able to get in the middle of 5 people on his own, burst someone down, and get out before taking a single point of damage. Riot wouldn't nerf him if they didn't feel there was a problem. In addition to that, they fixed a bug that otherwise reduced his damage by 15% which is actually a lategame buff. Downvote all you want but just because someone disagrees with you by explaining the facts doesn't make anything you're saying come even close to the truth.

That basically balances out all his damage.

I wish this was true, I really do. But I tested Talon after the patch and he is pretty terrible.

Also Akali is a much better assassin than Talon and has much higher burst. Did she get nerfed into the ground? Nope.

akali has single target burst talon has aoe burst with 2 double hitting abilities. there's a HUGE difference
