[In Game][Major] Annie and jungle buff
 

I notice that if you use tibbers to kill the jungle buff(red or blue), then annie won't get the buff. Is this a bug or is this intended?

Bug.

It's cropped up every so often for years and RIOT keeps having to patch it :D
