Can someone help me out of elo hell please my friend dropped me to 800ish elo!!

If you're at 800 Elo only because of duo-queuing with your friend (or because someone worse than you had access to your account), you should be able to easily manage climbing back out simply by solo-queuing.

i tried to solo queue, but i keep on getting paired up with people who are mentally challenged

Then they should be easy to beat.

No i mean people on my time are always stupid.

I know what you meant. Did you know that your teammates and your enemies are chosen from the same pool of players? Your average teammate is not any better or worse than your average enemy.

It's funny really. When you get matched with a team at a low elo it's always your team is full of noobs and your opponents are OP. I see a trend....

Well I know this rarely happens, but we got this 2k elo smurf on the other team who told us to watch his stream. He was fed Caitlyn taking a dump on our bot while I was 4-0 top Shen. Anyone I tried to ult he would crit to death; that's how fed he was. (I was smurfing in 800 elo too)
