Shouldnt Yorick be 4800 ip after the update?

When I logged onto League it said Yorick was reduced to 4800 from 6300. But when i checked the store he was still 6300. Was i being punked. -_-

The prices drop with each NEW CHAMPION RELEASE. Atleast that was the impression I got when they first announced the price reductions.
