m confused on how some of them are unavailable. Were they limited edition?
Also I see other people with skins that im not able to see. Why is that?
One last thing how often do they come out with new skins and is there a way to see which skins will do new animations besides like going to youtube or what not?

Some skins were phased out, and some are only available for a limited time.
Some people have skins they download and install themselves, no one but them can see these ones.
As far as I know, there's not any sort of schedule on which skins come out.
Skins that are Legendary will do new animations and such.
